Video counts are based on Standard Motion. Video avatars, Hybrid Motion, Full AI Motion, tours and other features use the same credits and can reduce the number of videos you can create. Each usage example uses the full credit allowance; allowances are not separate.

The video counts shown in each plan assume Standard Motion videos with up to 20 photos. Rendering costs 50 credits for each started 20-photo block: 1–20 photos cost 50 credits, 21–40 cost 100, and 41–60 cost 150. Hybrid and Full AI add 15 credits per AI shot at 720p or 30 at 1080p. A 15-photo Hybrid video with up to 4 AI shots costs 110 credits at 720p or 170 at 1080p. The full Hybrid allowance is charged even if fewer AI shots are needed; shot selection happens after generation starts. Video avatar narration adds 100 credits; voice-only narration uses no extra credits. A 3D virtual tour adds 600 credits, so a Standard Motion video with up to 20 photos plus a tour costs 650 credits. Your exact total appears before generation. All features use the same balance, so other credit use reduces the available video count. Existing projects keep their original generation pricing.

Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Subscription credits recharge every month, including on annual plans. Your current account balance remains available while your plan is active. Unused one-time credits do not expire.
Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis. If you experience any issues, please contact support and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.

Yes. All audio, images, and video uploads are encrypted and stored securely. You control your data, and you can delete any file at any time.

Yes. Free exports are 720p and include a watermark. Essential, Growth, and Pro exports are up to 1080p without a watermark. AI-generated clip resolution is model-specific and may affect its credit cost.
AI image and video models have different operating costs. Video duration, resolution, motion mode, audio, and generated shot count can also change the total. Reeloft shows the exact credit amount before generation.
The 600-credit tour price includes a photo-textured 3D model, first-person walkthrough, tour link, website embed code and downloadable model, Blender and UV texture files. A floor plan is optional. Video generation is charged separately.
No separate tour subscription is needed. Use your Reeloft credits to create the tour. Completed tours become shareable automatically; viewing, sharing and embedding do not add a tour creation charge. Only the owner sees editing and sharing controls.
Failed or cancelled tour creation runs refund their tour charge once. Regenerating room textures costs 600 credits per run; rebuilding saved geometry or enhancing viewing images does not incur another tour creation charge.
